Punjab to bar un-vaccinated teachers from coming to school
The Minister for School Education Punjab Dr. Murad Raas has said that all private and public school teachers who have not vaccinated will not be allowed in school premises after August 21, 2021.
Taking to Twitter on Tuesday, the minister stated that ‘any individual without vaccination certificate after the stated date [August 21, 2021] will not be allowed in the school premises.’
The minister attached a notification issued by the Punjab government to the tweet which stated:

“It is hereby ordered that un-vaccinated employees of School Education Department shall not be allowed to enter into any school/ office after 21st August, 2021.” These employees include Administrative officers, teachers, staff, it added.
The ministry has further advised that all concerned individuals should ensure early COVID-19 vaccination.
