KP releases exam schedule for matriculation and intermediate
Shahram Khan Tarakai, the Education Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has announced the matric and inter examination schedule for students throughout the province.
Tarakai announced on Twitter that the matriculation exams would begin on May 21, 2021, throughout the province, and the intermediate exams will begin on June 17, 2021.

The provincial minister also presided over a meeting of the BISEs of Abbottabad, Bannu, Dera Ismail Khan, Kohat, Malakand, Mardan, and Peshawar, where issues like CCTV cameras in exam halls, student facilitation centers, and online data for supervisory staff were addressed.
He said, "I have ensured the prompt provision of all for quality education."
The statement came a day after Shafqat Mahmood, the Federal Education Minister, declared that all board exams would take place as scheduled across the country.

Following a key meeting of the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC), Mahmood told the media that schools for the 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grades would reopen on April 19. In high-risk areas, however, schools will remain closed for grades one through eight until April 28.
According to the minister, universities in COVID-19 hotspots will also be closed for the same time, but online classes will continue.
