Exams for the grades 9 to 12 will be held as per schedule: Saeed Ghani
Sindh Education Minister Saeed Ghani on Tuesday sustained that exams for classes 9 to 12 will be held in the province as per schedule.
Minister announced this after the National Command Operation Centre (NCOC) meeting held on Tuesday. The meeting was held to ponder over the situation of coronavirus and to take final decisions on the closure of schools.

Ghani assured the education process will be restored in Sindh from April 22. The minister further said that in case of increase in coronavirus cases in a district, the district administration will take the decision according to the situation in their respective district.
“At present, the situation of coronavirus in the province is under control. No specific district is affected in Sindh currently,” the provincial minister stated.

He noted that positivity rate in Sindh's educational institutions is 2.6%, adding that classes from 9th till 12th shall continue to commence.
Ghani noted that the students shall not be promoted in the next grade without passing exams.
