SED Punjab issues notification to shorten the academic year

Lahore: The Punjab School Education Department has issued a notification stating that the academic year will be from August 1, 2021, to March 31, 2022. This notification will apply to all educational institutions.

The decision to make the academic year eight months instead of 12 months was taken at a provincial Ministry of Education conference.
