KP: Govt to establish new agricultural university in Swat
The Chief Minister (CM) of Kyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Mahmood Khan has approved the plan for establishing an agricultural university in Swat.

While presiding the official’s meeting of the concerned division, the CM approved the final report on the initiatives under planning for proposed departments of the university, including the academic programs, following all the aspects of agricultural ergonomics.
Speaking about the project in detail, CM Khan specified that the new university will be essential for KP’s milieu of the National Agriculture Emergency Plan, accumulating that the project will also provide full admittance to quality courses in agriculture, and will assist help aide the farmers into improved resources and facilities and better undertakings.

The feasibility report suggested that the university will be established the Takhta Band Research Centre for the initial three years until a separate campus is founded.
