Shafqat Mehmood tests positive for coronavirus
Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mehmood has tested positive for coronavirus.
Taking to his Twitter account, the minister said that he has tested positive for coronavirus, statingthat he is "fine with mild symptoms".
"InshAllah will get well soon," he said in a tweet.

The minister was tested positive hours after he attended an event on Tuesday morning. PM Imran Khan's special assistant Usman Dar was also present at the meeting along with others.
Sources said the minister went for the test after he developed mild symptoms on Tuesday.
A day prior, the minister had chaired the Inter-Provincial Education Ministers Conference (IPEMC) which had announced to hold examinations of classes 10 and 12 after June 20.

Mehmood, Chairman of the IPEMC, had advised all federal units to guarantee timely vaccination of teachers, supervisory staff, and other administrative staff.
