PM launches Single National Curriculum
Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training Shafqat Mahmood confirmed on Sunday that Prime Minister Imran Khan would formally launch the single national curriculum (SNC) on Monday (today).
While speaking at a press conference, he said that curriculum has already been implemented in Khyber Pakhtukhwa, Punjab, Balochistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. However, he said that Sindh is yet to implement the SNC in the province

According to reports, the new curriculum will be implemented in all all public, private schools and madrasas in the country. Moreover, private publishers would be allowed to publish the books according to the curriculum, he said.
The SNC would be implemented from class 6th to 8th from next year, while from 9th to 12th from 2023.
