NAHE launches online faculty development program
The National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE) introduced its first online National Faculty Development Program (NDFP) 2020. The four-week intensive online training is designed to provide a solid foundation in the areas of teaching quality, research planning, and professional practice for new faculty.
The software is planned and implemented according to the processes of COVID-19 online preparation policy guidance No. 5 for universities in Pakistan, led by a team of foreign and national experts.
NFDP 2020 will be delivered from April to August 2020 in groups of approximately 40 participants. The first group currently has 44 learners who are putting a great deal of energy into learning from this world-class, comprehensive, and rigorous program.
All related documents are available on the NAHE website as examples of best practice as a guide for universities planning to provide online teaching beginning June 1, 2020.
