Sindh's policy regarding teacher recruitment has been modified, so that after promotion, the cadre of newly recruited teachers will not change.
As per details, the Sindh Education Department's teacher recruitment policy has been revised, so the cadre of 45,000 teachers recruited last year will not change after their promotion.
Teachers in primary school will be appointed chief school teachers after promotion, while teachers in primary and junior school will not be able to become high school teachers.
As per the policy, JST and PST will be recruited in 14th grade, and teachers will be promoted to Chief Teacher in 16th or 17th grade.
In addition, new teaching recruits will not be permitted to transfer to other districts for three years.
