Karachi University cancels the admission of four students
The Karachi University has rejected the admission of four candidates in the morning program for the session 2021 based on forge documents, Dr. Saima Akhtar, the directorate of admission, said.
Dr. Akhtar claimed that four applicants' relevant admission documents were sent for verification to the Karachi Intermediate Education Board (BIEK), after which they were found fraudulent.

She said that an applicant named Saif-ur-Rehman, son of Qaiser Rehman, had submitted a fake marks sheet to get enrolled in BSc (H) in the Chemistry department. His admission number was 362276.
Similarly, Muzammil Wahid, son of Abdul Wahid Mukhtar, also submitted a fake marks sheet for admission in the Chemistry department. His admission form number was 357149.

Dr. Saima Akhtar said that the marks sheet of Amna Arshad, daughter of Hakeem Syed Arshad Hussain, was also found to be faked during the verification process. Her admission form number was 352781, while she was applying for admission in BA (H) English program. Urooj Afsar, daughter of Muhammad Afsar Khan, also tried to play around with her intermediate mark sheet. Her admission form number was 349193, and she was applying for BEd (H) in Teacher Education.
"Legal action has been taken against all four students," Dr. Akhtar said.
