Shafqat Mahmood makes a huge announcement
The Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood has said that additional 5 percent marks will be given to students in the compulsory subjects for 9th, Matric and Intermediate students.
Announcing via his Twitter on Tuesday, the minister stated that there will be no change in the exam schedule and they will continue as per date sheet, however, he said that “5% marks added to compulsory subjects for 9, 10, 11, and 12.”

It is pertinent to note that the Inter provincial meeting has decided to follow staggered reopening of schools all across the country except Sindh where the provincial government will decide on August 8 after reviewing the coronavirus situation in the province.
