Shafqat Mahmood commends exam centers in Hunza
The Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood applauded efforts of the Gilgit-Baltistan education department for maintaining strict compliance of standard operating procedures issued by the government for COVID-19.
While visiting the exam centers in Hunza he said that he found “excellent compliance of SOPs” in the exam centers in Hunza, Gilgit Baltistan.

Taking to his Twitter account, the minister showed satisfaction on SOP compliance by exam centers. “Exams started today. Good to see SOPs being observed in most places,” he posted a tweet on July 10.
While speaking at a National Assembly and later through his Twitter account, the minister highlighted said, “Saad Rafiq/Ahsan Iqbal should know if they claim to be educated that exams are the best measure of students ability and class 12 important as they have to go to universities and professional colleges. Why hardworking students should be discriminated against. Stop cheap politics.”
Earlier, he had wished students best of luck and said that “Inshallah, all will do well.”
