PEC announces exam schedule for classes 1 to 8

The Punjab Examination Commission has released the final exam schedule for grades 1 to 8. According to the release schedule, the exams will be taken between May 16 and 31.

The result will be announced on June 10, and the subjects that will be covered are Mathematics, Urdu, English, Computer, Science, Geography, Social Sciences, and History.

According to the official of PEC, the commission will give the exam paper for one hour that will consist of 25 short questions for 50 marks. And the remaining 50 marks will be given on their homework-based performance.

The students of grades 1 and 2 will be free from this pattern because their exams will be taken orally.

Moreover, exams for grades 9 and 10 will begin on May 4 across Punjab, while the intermediate exams will start on June 12.

The examination result of Matriculation will be announced on August 31, while the results of Intermediate exams will be announced on September 30.
