AIOU launches one-window service
ISLAMABAD: Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has initiated a 'one-window service' to facilitate students in the ongoing coronavirus (Covid-19) crisis.

Students have instructed to follow the recommended standard operating procedures (SOPs) while visiting the main campus of the university or its regional offices, including wearing masks and keeping social distance.
Advisory and Counseling Services Directorate of AIOU said student's issues would be prioritized under 'one-roof,' near the university's main entrance.

Also, the University's helpline and call center are enabled to provide students with valuable assistance in addressing their problems, whether related to admissions, examinations, seminars, mailing books, or certificate and degree issuance.
