9th Class Exams expected before Eid ul Fitr

Since the lockdown, all the education committees have been in the dilemma of deciding examination dates because everything has been shut closed. Same goes for 9th class examinations, all the BISE boards have been asked by the Government of Pakistan to decide a specific date to conduct the exams. The letter was issued on April 10. The boards have come together on scheduling them before Eid-ul-fitar but the final date is still tentative and it will be official within 2 to 3 days.

Schools have given summer vacations to their students and they are expected to reopen in June so it will be difficult for the examination authority to arrange examination halls for them. During summer, the students from grade 1-8 also require proper classrooms therefore the Government has been planning on conducting grade 9 examinations before that.

Intermediate exams are expected to be conducted on June with no final decision for any of Intermediate or grade 9.
