Continuous and heavy rains in Karachi have resulted in rainwater entering the classrooms and offices of the city's largest university, the University of Karachi, due to which the administration took the initiative to postpone all the examinations that were to be held today.
Karachi University Examinations Director stated that the new date of the examinations will be announced later.
Rain water entering the classrooms and offices of the institute is concerning because of the potential damaging of the furniture and other equipment in the classrooms and offices.
According to reports, water has leaked into the Department of International Relations (IR) and other departments of the University of Karachi and no special arrangements can be made to remove the seepage. All the exams scheduled for 2022 have been postponed.
