For National Conferences and Seminars
Given the need to plan and organize conferences and seminars, the PHEC allows the Punjab Institutes of Higher Education to organize activities with the Council's financial assistance. The travel and housing costs of all speakers would be included in the financial coverage for these activities. This coverage of travel and lodging would extend to both national and foreign speakers. PHEC will also cover the expenses that will be used to present and print publications. The grant will also compensate for stationery costs for national conferences and seminars. The best thing about the PHEC conference's sponsorship is that the Council's regulations would also make the Institutes liable for funds for unforeseen expenses.
