KU to offer online MA in Economics for external and private students
The Directorate of the Distance Education University of Karachi is set to launch online classes for private and external students who have taken admission in the Department of Economics in the master’s program.

The interested candidates are required to submit their application form by February 4, said the KU Director DDE Professor Dr. Abdul Waheed. The registration form and fee voucher is available for download on the given link www.uok.edu.pk/dde.
Dr. Waheed said that the applications must be submitted along with the relevant documents between 09:00am-4:30pm at the office of the Directorate of Distance Education located on the first floor of the Teachers Education Department University of Karachi.

As per the administration, masters in the following courses would be facilitated online by the varsity: microeconomics, public finance, advanced economics statistics, economics of planning, economics of agriculture, national income analysis and accounting, mathematical economics, comparative economic system, economics of Islam, international economics, monetary economics, history of economic thought, economics of labour, econometrics, development economics, management economics, and essay.
