KMU announces exam schedule for MBBS and BDS programs
Khyber Medical University (KMU) has released its calendar for its MBBS and BDS exams despite serious reservations raised by parents and health experts.
The KMU administration ensured its commitment to the COVID-19-specific SOPs issued by HEC in a statement.

A meeting at the KMU Senate Chamber, chaired by Vice-Chancellor Professor Zia ul Haq, Registrar Dr. Saleem Gandapur, Admission Director Arshad Khan, Additional Controller Exam Dr. Syed Hafeez Ahmad, and Director QEC, was attended by the deans and principles of various public and private medical and dental colleges.
The members decided to issue a pre-arranged schedule for the forthcoming MBBS and BDS exams regarding the conference. All the exams will take place at their respective colleges. Also, if students choose to take their exams in centers near their homes, permissions based on a written application and recommendations from the colleges concerned would be permitted.

In the conference, it was also agreed that only students who are taking exams would be permitted to stay at their colleges' hostels. Other students will be directed to take care of their health and strictly adhere to the COVID-19 SOPs.
