Important decisions expected in education sector amid rising COVID-19 cases
The Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mehmood has called an inter-provincial education ministers meeting on Nov 5 in the wake of sudden surge in Coronavirus cases in the country.
The meeting will be attended by the ministers from all four provinces, AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan via a video link.

According to the sources, the joint meeting will discuss the issue of rising coronavirus cases in the educational institution.
The sources said that the meeting will also discuss the educational activities of current academic year, suggestions for Board examination for grade 8th. The decision regarding winter vacation is also expected to be announced in the meeting, sources said.
