IOE-ISH Centenary Doctoral Scholarships

The Institute of Education (IOE) at University College London (UCL) is offering international students from low- and middle-income countries, the IOE-ISH Centenary Doctoral Scholarships for studies commencing October 2020. This scholarship is given in partnership with the International Students House (ISH).

Scholarship value/inclusions:
The scholarship award consists of accommodation that is provided by ISH and tuition fees coverage by IOE. The scholarship does not cover subsistence in London, travel or any other expenses. The scholarship is tenable for 3 academic years, subject to satisfactory progress.
Eligibility:
Eligible candidates are citizens and residents of a low or middle-income country with a GNI not higher than US$8000 per capita (as per the World Bank GNI per capita classification tables). Only those who hold an unconditional offer from the university to study a full-time MPhil/Ph.D. degree in London at the UCL Institute of Education for October 2020 start will be considered for the scholarship.

Applicants have to email IOEinternational[at]ucl.ac.uk to request a scholarship application form. Research proposals that were submitted with the original course application will be taken into account as part of the scholarship application. The deadline to apply for these scholarships is Monday, 4 May 2020 (5 pm London time).
