US Educational Foundation to Establish Permanent Headquarters in Pakistan
The launching of the first permanent headquarters for the US Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) marks a new milestone in the 75-year history of the US-Pakistan partnership.
Angela P. Aggeler, the Chargé d'affaires of the United States Embassy in Islamabad, said, "Today's groundbreaking is just the next step in the tremendous work of USEFP and each of you who are dedicated to bringing our people together through education, and we are eager to watch it continue for decades to come."

The new headquarters will be a cutting-edge facility for managing US government-funded exchange programs like the Fulbright program, as well as the EducationUSA Islamabad advising center, which is the official US government resource for all students interested in pursuing educational opportunities in the US.
