The SHC makes teacher hiring conditional on a thorough investigation.
The recruitment of BPS-14 primary school teachers and BPS-14 primary junior elementary school teachers have been scrutinized by the Sindh High Court (SHC) Hyderabad circuit bench.
The decision was reached in response to a petition filed by 111 examinees. The Sindh government advertised the positions in February 2020, according to their lawyer, barrister Sajjad Ahmed Chandio. The recruiting test was to be held at the Sukkur IBA University (SIBAU).
According to the lawyer, the objective of prescribing curriculum means that all questions will be limited to that course. The petitioners claimed that the university's testing service purposefully designed the exam paper with incorrect questions in order to accommodate candidates with political influence in the appointment process.

The court ordered the education department to appoint an expert group to investigate the question paper's alleged errors. The committee has also been instructed to look into the issue of the difficult areas. The court has given the experts a month to complete the work.
The court has given the committee authority to reward candidates with grace marks for any incorrect questions. The suggestions will apply to all candidates who took the test for the positions in question, not just the petitioners.
In light of the committee's recommendations, the secretary of education has been required to either correct the issued notification or issue a new one. The recommendations, on the other hand, will have no bearing on individuals who have been pronounced qualified.
