SHC petitions to void CSS 2019 exam results
The Sindh High Court (SHC) ordered the Chairman of the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) to file his comments on a plea seeking to annul the 2019 review of the Central Superior Services (CSS).

The complainant's lawyer claimed that the 2019 CSS examination had not been carried out cleanly, and therefore the cancellation of the results is necessary.
The lawyer claimed that significant anomalies were found in the examinations conducted in Feb 2019.
He also urged the council to order authorities to retake the examination.

Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar questioned why the examination had not been undertaken again if the question paper had been leaked, led the two-judge bench, and directed the FPSC Chairman to send his reply at the next hearing.
