Reopening of schools depend on virus decrease, Murad Raas
Punjab Education Minister Murad Raas has said that schools can only be opened if the infection rate decreases in the country and that can be done by following Standard Operating Procedures for COVID-19 and getting vaccinated.
Taking to Twitter, the minister said that, “It can be brought down by number 1. following SOPs. Number 2. 40+ getting vaccinated for now. By doing these 2 things we can get back to normality very soon. We can make this happen together InshAllah.”

Earlier, the Punjab government had announced the closure of all educational institutions in the province in the wake of a coronavirus spike in the province.
