Previous governments threw money on useless education projects, says Murad Raas
The Education Minister for Punjab Dr. Murad Raas said Wednesday that funds for the education sector must be targeted for the maximum output.
After meeting the Finance Minister of Punjab, Hashim Jawan Bakht regarding the upcoming initiatives of School Education Department, the minister took to twitter and said that “The funds have to be targeted for maximum output, unlike previous governments throwing money around on useless projects with minimal results.”

Earlier, Dr.Raas had also visited Lahore Chamber of Commerce and praised them of the initiatives taken in education in PTI tenure.
Last week, School Education Department and Health Department signed an agreement with Fred Hollows Foundation Australia for eye checkup of over 600,000 children in 3 districts of Punjab. “This is another step towards wellbeing of our Children and teachers to be trained in identifying such issue,” he said in a tweet.
