“We aim to establish a regulatory authority for private schools that will control fees matters, other issues relating to the syllabus, licenses for new ones, etcetera,” said Dr. Raas while talking to media.
It is pertinent to note that the private school associations across the country have faced colossal issues during the covid-19 lockdown pertaining to fees. Many schools were shut permanently due to lack of operational funds. The private schools had complained that students did not pay any fees during the school closure and the drop out was also massive.
