Karachi University starts conducting exams for KMDC students
Karachi: Karachi University's examination department will begin conducting the 2019 MBBS and BDS Annual Exams for Karachi Medical and Dental College students after a two-year gap (KMDC).
According to the applicants, they had repeatedly contacted the varsity management and related officials to address the issue, but their grievances went unheard.

However, the students informed the Sindh High Court last month. The KU examination department decided to hold the annual exams in three batches, including the first year, second year, and the third year, for students enrolled in the MBBS and BDS.
"The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council was the key challenge in conducting the examinations," KU Controller Examinations Dr. Syed Zafar Hussain because the college's examination system was based on a semester system that later shifted to an annual system.

He said the second reason was that on August 1, 2020, the university administration sent examination forms with a covering document. That was why the examinations had been delayed for the past two years.
