All failed students will be passed, Matriculation and Inter Promotion Policy Issued
The Federal Board has issued a promotion policy for Matric and Inter students.
On the basis of marks achieved in optional subjects, students in grade ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth will be assigned marks accordingly in compulsory subjects.

A notification has been issued according to which 5% additional marks will also be given in the compulsory subjects. All the students who have failed will be given 33% passing marks to clear the examination. Furthermore, Students will be given 50% marks in practical subjects.
According to the notification, the remaining 50% marks in practical subjects will be awarded on the basis of theory, in improvement cases marks will be given on the basis of examination, students who are not present in the examinations will be considered absent. The Chairman Board have the power to decide in any case deviating from the policy.
