The KPK government has made education free up to bachelors
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, education up to BS is free while uniforms and books for males and females are included in the third phase. A number of crucial decisions were taken by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cabinet at its 83rd meeting, according to Express News.
After the cabinet meeting, Special Assistant on Information Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif and Minister for Higher Education Kamran Bangash briefed the media.
In addition to discussing the 54-point agenda in the cabinet meeting, Barrister Saif said Pakistan had signed an agreement on environmental pollution.
The National Health Support Program has a budget of $430 million, of which KP's share is $72.7 million. A contract for the construction of 1312 flats in the Jaluzai Housing Scheme has been approved. These flats will be built on 150 acres of land.
As per the Defense Housing Authority Act, a canal of development land has been approved in place of Charkanal. In addition, 100 acres of university land have been given to Gomal in Tank.
