The Higher Education Commission has published a schedule for registering for the USAT Test

The timetable for the registration for the undergraduate studies admission test has been released by the Higher Education Commission. Candidates who want to take the test are reminded that they must meet the commission's registration requirements. For individuals seeking admission to undergraduate degree programmes provided by universities across Pakistan, the HEC will conduct an undergraduate entrance test. The USAT test is based on the scholastic aptitude test format and covers all known undergraduate academic disciplines such as management engineering, medicine, information technology, and social sciences.

USAT Test

Candidates who pass the USAT exam will be entitled to apply for admission to the universities' undergraduate degree programmes. The HEC has also released information on how the entry test marks were distributed. The commission has listed the test categories for all subjects to make it easier for students. The institutions will continue to disclose their admissions decisions on their own, and candidates applying to the universities must submit their USAT ETC scorecards to be considered in the weighted merit deciding formula. To be deemed qualified for the USAT test, you must have a score of at least 50. The perfect score of 100 will be the utmost score that any applicant can get on the USAT. Part-I will consist of 75 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), with 35 MCQs in Verbal reasoning and 40 MCQs in Quantitative reasoning. Candidates will have 100 minutes to complete the test. Part II will have a time limit of 40 minutes, and applicants will be required to prepare an essay of 400-500 words (either in English or Urdu).

What Is the Process for Applying For USAT?

Candidates must register on the HEC's web portal using the URL provided by the HEC.

If candidates have any questions when filling out the registration form, they can contact the HEC regional offices for assistance.

The application submission process consists of two steps: profile completion and application submission. Candidates must fill out and submit the entire application form after entering all of the relevant information.

The commission will only evaluate submissions that have been submitted for the test. The application form will be rejected if it is not saved or is incomplete.

The fee for the USAT test is Rs. 1200 per candidate, which must be deposited in the Habib Bank Limited account number provided.

Applicants must send a copy of their fee deposit slip through courier to the following address: Member's residence, HEC sector H-8, Islamabad.
