The students will not be required to take the online classes during the winter break, as per the earlier announcement by the Federal government for the academic session to end on December 24.
The schools across the country were closed due to the surge in coronavirus cases. However, the classes for the current session continue to take place.
During an online training program last week, Dr Raas also said that the academic year for schools is likely to extend due to the school closures twice in a year in the wake of Coronavirus pandemic.
