Medical Graduates are invited to join the Pakistan Army

The Short Service Regular Commission (SSRC) / Pakistan Temporary Commission (PTC) offers the opportunity to join the Pakistan Army as a doctor. Applicants who are qualified in medicine are eligible to submit applications, and the selected candidates will be ranked as Captains/Majors.

Candidates from Pakistan and overseas are welcome to apply. Until 31st January 2023, registrations will be open.

Eligibility Criteria and Required Documents

The equivalent of MBBS and BDS from an institute recognized by PMDC/PMC (for local candidates)
FCPS (PAK) or equivalent foreign qualification recognized by PMDC/PMC (for overseas candidates).
It is recommended that male candidates have a minimum height of 5 feet 4 inches (162.5 cm)
Applicants must be at least 5 feet tall (152.4 cm) to be considered.
Depending on the job, age requirements may vary
Certificates, degrees, and diplomas with two attested photocopies
PM&DC registration certificates for GDMOS, GDDOS, Specialists, and PTC Officers with two attested copies
If already completed, two attested photocopies of the house job certificate
No-objection certificates (NOC) must be submitted by government employees
An attested photocopy of your domicile
Computerized National Identity Card (old or expired CNIC cards will not be accepted)
A total of three color photos, duly attested (double-sided)

Overseas Candidates can visit Pakistan's Consulate General:

This is only applicable to overseas candidates with Pakistani nationality
Request a registration form
Complete the form and submit it
After stamping the applications as 'Overseas', the Consulate General of Pakistan will forward them to the personal administration directorate.
In addition, overseas candidates must bring the specified documents and prospectus fee on the day of the test
