Matric Exam Dates confirmed by BISE Rawalpindi

According to a previously published timetable, the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Annual Examinations 2022 will commence in the Rawalpindi division on Tuesday, May 10th.

Arslan Cheema, a spokesman for the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi, said the board has put in place watertight plans to ensure that the SSC examinations are conducted transparently and successfully.

He stated that the exams will be taken by 117,796 students, with 60,868 males and 56,928 girls.

"388 exam centres have also been set up in the region," according to Cheema, "including 142 for boys, 139 for girls, and 107 combination centres."

Special monitoring teams led by the board's Chairman, Dr. Khalid Mehmood, will pay surprise visits to the examination centres, he added.

"The reports will be provided to the chairman on a daily basis, and the chairman will take direct action," he added.

The Rawalpindi BISE headquarters would house the central control room, while district control rooms will be established in Attock, Jhelum, and Chakwal.
