Land for two universities in Islamabad approved by the CDA board

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) board of directors approved the assignment of land for two universities and the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in Islamabad on Tuesday.

According to official sources, the CDA board of directors, led by Chairman Amer Ali Ahmed, granted land for the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE) University and the National University Special Education academic faculty.

It was also determined that the city's first high-tech facility would be built. The property handbook has been approved to ensure that doing business at the new facilitation centre is as simple as possible. This was done so that approvals may be linked to the 1819 helpline and automation. The board ordered that no generators be stored outside of residences and that they be confiscated after public notice. High Court-related issues were brought before the board, and a report will be issued as a result.
