HEC opens One-Window Facilitation for Pakistanis living abroad

HEC opens One-Window Facilitation for Pakistanis living abroad
For overseas Pakistanis, the Higher Education Commission (HEC) has developed a dedicated one-stop facilitation desk.
It tweeted on (Friday, 26 November) that the facilitation desk will aid the “quick disposal of services, processing of cases, redressal of complaints, necessary guidance and other relevant services”.
For this effort, the HEC designated Director (Student Affairs Division) HEC as the Focal Person, and invited overseas Pakistanis to send their queries and concerns to [email protected].
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) government is giving close attention to the long-ignored issues of Pakistanis living abroad. Prime Minister Imran Khan, in particular, takes notice of all the complaints on the Pakistan Citizens Portal made by overseas Pakistanis and orders instant redressal.
Special desks have also been established in different government ministries, including the Foreign Office, National Savings, Human Resources, and the HEC, for this purpose.
