E-Rozgaar Freelance Training Program
E-Rozgaar is a program initiated by Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) to promote freelancing through training centers in all districts. Punjab Government has planned to open e-Rozgaar centers in 36 districts to provide training to aspiring freelancers and improve their professional talents. The Punjab government would help the youth earn a sustainable income through this initiative. One of the main goals of this project is to equip youth with training in self-employment through internet-based freelancing.
Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for the e-Rozgaar program you need the following:
Valid National Identity Card (CNIC)
Punjab province domicile
Candidate must have basic computer skills
Education of at least 16 years is required
Candidates with a maximum age of 35 years old are eligible to apply
How to apply:
Applicants can apply to participate in the online admission test and submit attested documents on the e-Rozgar website https://erozgaar.pitb.gov.pk/candidate_portal
Candidates will receive an SMS or email alert with an online test date after entering their information. After clearing the test, PITB will publish a list of candidates who have been shortlisted. Candidates who have been chosen will be prompted to upload required documents to the website. Candidates will then get registered for the online training program after verification.
Duration:
Candidates chosen on merit will receive free three-month training from specialists in their disciplines, allowing them to make money online by working from home on technical, non-technical, and creative jobs.
