The Applications are open to apply for the Government of Russia Scholarship 2022. This Scholarship is Funded by the Russian Federation. All International Students will Study Masters and PhD Degree Programs in Russian Universities. You can Study any Program at any University in Russia. In collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. The Winners of the Scholarship will be Granted to Study Free in Russia at any Russian University.

Eligibility Criteria
The Application Criteria for Open door Russia Scholarship is fairly easy and there are few specifications that you need to keep in mind in this regard. These specifications are as follows.
- Having a Bachelor’s degree or completing a Bachelor degree program
- You can apply for the competition if you are a foreigner
- You can apply for the competition if you are stateless
- The Russian citizens who are living abroad can also apply for this prestigious competition
