Sunny Leone’s Picture Appears on an Admit Card for Teacher Recruitment in India

A picture of controversial actress Sunny Leone was printed in place of the candidate on the admit card issued for participation in the teacher recruitment exam in the Indian state of Karnataka.

According to Indian media reports, the admit card of a female candidate had actress Sunny Leone's picture instead of her own personal picture.

Social media users shared the admit card containing the actress' picture, prompting the state education department to investigate. In a tweet, Karnataka Congress social media chairperson BR Naidu claimed that the state education department had printed the actress' picture rather than the candidate's.

According to BC Nagesh's office, candidates have to upload a photograph, which is then incorporated into the admit card. Apparently the woman's husband's friend uploaded her information to the form and perhaps also the photo.

An FIR will be registered after the Karnataka Education Department investigates the matter further.
