School holidays in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa extended to February 28th
School vacations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have been extended until February 28th.
Kaghan Valley has been inundated with more than three feet of snow.
Temperatures have been below freezing, making it difficult for citizens to carry out their daily lives and duties normally.
Snowfall and cold temperatures forced the government to declare a holiday.
Originally, all government schools in the province, including Kaghan Valley, were to open on February 15th.
However, due to the extension of the holidays, they will now open on February 28th.
