Punjab announces the plan for reopening of schools
The Federal Education Minister and Professional Training announced Tuesday the schedule for the reopening of schools across Punjab, read the official notification.
According to reports, the Inter-Provincial Education Minsters Conference (IPEMC) was held on Monday with the Health Ministry and National Command Operations Centre (NCOC) on board. The conference decided phase-wise reopening plan in the province. The schedule for the board examinations 2021 was also announced.

According to the plan:
"All dates are subjected to regular COVID-19 health status review and updates," stated the notification. Meanwhile, all examination boards agreed to commence the Board exams in the month of May and early June 2021 to recover the academic loss and the complete the syllabus.

"All the concerned departments are requested to issue a notification for the implementation of the decisions," added the notification.
