HEC opens applications for Research Awards 2021

Higher Education Commission has invited Pakistani researchers and scholars to apply for HEC Research Awards 2021.

The awards seek to recognize and praise scientific achievement and encourage higher-impact publications.

The awards will be given in the following categories:

Rs. 0.5 million will be given to the winners of first two categories while the last category winner will get the Rs. 1 million.

The awards will be distributed across the following three-wide disciplinary areas:

Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities, Law, Education, Management, or Public Policy
Physical Sciences, Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Agriculture, or Veterinary Sciences

The last date for the submission of application is February 1st 2021.

Candidates who have been blacklisted by HEC are not eligible to qualify for the awards.
