No practical exams for matric and intermediate students
Lahore: The Punjab Education Boards declared that they would not conduct practical exams for students of intermediate and matric classes this year.

The decision was taken at a committee meeting of the Punjab Boards (PBCC) held in Lahore. The chairmen of all nine provincial boards participated and discussed the recommendations in light of the closing of educational institutions due to the coronavirus's pandemic.
The statement said that the practical examinations for the year 2021 would not be conducted because of the country's ongoing health crisis.

The announcement comes in the wake of a surge in coronavirus cases that has also led to the closing of schools from 26 November to 10 January.
