Leadership & Management Training for HEC Officers conducted by NAHE

HEC's BPS-18 and equivalent officers participated in a two-day Leadership & Management training programme conducted by the National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE), an academic wing of the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

HEC employees were encouraged to improve their leadership abilities and strengthen their ability to think critically through the training program.

During the two-day dialogue, participants gained an appreciation of how teamwork is essential to tackling complex challenges collectively.

HEC Engineer and Advisor (Academics, Curriculum & NAHE) spoke at the opening session. In his welcome speech, Muhammad Raza Chohan stressed that professional behavior is an imperative element of effective public engagement performance.

As part of the closing ceremony, Engr. Muhammad Raza Chohan handed out certificates to the participants. Leadership skills are developed through capacity building programs, he said.
