KP cricket gala exhibits thrilling performance by school teams
A sports event organized by the KP Sports and Education departments and KP Cricket Association and Pakistan Cricket Board is happening in full swing as teams from over 300 schools including 4,000 players are participating in the gala across the province.
A number of players from various schools demonstrated stunning performance in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa School Cricket Championship during the matches played so far.
The team of Government High School, Taru Jabba won against the team of Government High School, Rashakai, in an electrifying contest on Sunday.

Another match thrilling match took place between the teams of Government Higher Secondary School, Gulbahar, and Government Higher Secondary School, Regi, at Islamia College Ground.
The players of GHSS Gulbahar played well and beat the rival team of GHSS, Regi, and delivered outstanding performance.
Likewise, the cricket team of Government Higher Secondary School, Samarbagh, defeated the Oxford Public School, Mayar, Lower Dir while Hangu Public School beat GCMS School No. 1.
Several other matches were played between school teams participating from Mansehra, Abbottabad, Parachinar and elsewhere in the province.

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa School Cricket Championship bega on October 7 and will last till November 7.
A total number of 585 matches would be played at 68 various places during the month-long cricket gala in the province.
