HEC Announces New Date for Law Admission Test 2022
A Law Admission Test (Law-LAT) will be conducted by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) for applicants seeking admission to public and private universities/institutions and their affiliated colleges that are recognized by HEC/PBC and offer undergraduate LLB degrees. Major cities throughout the country will host the HEC Law Admission Test. There is no restriction on the type of center students can choose.
It has been announced that the HEC Law Admission Test will be held on November 13th, 2022 instead of October 13th, 2022. Applications for the Law admission test must be submitted by October 31st, 2022. HEC accepts applications online. All Government and Private Universities and their affiliated colleges require the HEC Law Admission test for admission to the LLB program.
Eligibility for the Law Admission Test

Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent students

HSSC or equivalent final examination candidates awaiting their results
HEC informs applicants of any changes in the examination date via http://etc.hec.gov.pk A week before the examination, applicants registered online through HEC can download their roll number slips from http://etc.hec.gov.pk.
Registration applicants will receive an email or SMS regarding the examination date, time, and venue. When submitting an online application, candidates must provide a valid email address and mobile phone number.
Entry into the Examination Centre will require a print-out of the Roll Number Slip and an original CNIC

- The test fee of Rs.1250/- is to be deposited via ATM or bank draft to Account No. 1742 7900 133401, Account Title: Higher Education Commission, Bank: Habib Bank Limited, Branch Code: 1742
- In the application form, applicants may select any examination center. After registration, the examination center cannot be changed.
Online registration ends on October 31st, 2022.
