HEC announces March 18 as last date for Balochistan Student’s Scholarship

Higher Education Commission (HEC) has announced March 18 as the last date for online submission of applications for admission in LLB, LLM and PhD scholarships, at local as well as foreign universities.

According to the official sources, the students from Balochistan can apply for scholarships to take up their Indigenous LLB, Indigenous LLM, Foreign LLM, and Foreign PhD studies.

Students having a domicile of Baluchistan and who fulfill the other eligibility criteria for the respective category can apply online through eportal.hec.gov.pk.

HEC has strongly encouraged the students of Balochistan to apply for these scholarships, introduced particularly for the less developed areas of the country.

Around 15 to 20 percent of the scholarship is reserved for the children of victims’ families of August 2016 blast in Quetta.
