Educational Institutions in Karachi Officially Reopen
All educational institutions in Karachi have resumed their regular activities from today, after a week long hiatus due to the tentative weather conditions in the region.
The provincial education department has stated the flood emergency situation was cause for such a decision to be implemented throughout the province.
According to the Department of Education, schools and colleges in the flood-affected areas of the province will remain closed until further orders. The district administration can decide to close the school after seeing the situation in the area.
It should be noted that due to the flood situation in Sindh, the education department had closed all the educational institutions of the province, but all schools and other educational institutions in Karachi have opened as usual from today.
