Covid-19: Meesha Shafi demands cancellation of exams
Amid rising pressure of the students and parents on the government to cancel exams, Pakistani singer Meesha Shafi joined the league raising her voice against government’s decision to conduct Cambridge exams while the Covid-19 cases rise in the country.

The singer shared a tweet of students who plead to the government to cancel exams as the standard operating procedures for coronavirus were not being followed in his exam center.
The student shared a picture of a crowded waiting area of the center where hundreds were gathered to (apparently) pick the students from exam center.
“This is outside the center where I gave my English General Paper One hour ago. Where are the SOPS? Where is the social distancing that was promised to us? Cancel these Exams before its too late!!” student Aashir Wajahat pleas in his tweet.

The post got an attention of a singer who demanded the education minister Shafqat Mahmood to cancel the exams.
“Why are you doing this @Shafqat_Mahmood,” she tagged the post.
