40 Pakistani students achieve top marks in O/A Level exams
Around 40 Pakistani students have been named for Cambridge International’s honour, Outstanding Cambridge Learner Award, owing to their excellent academic performance in the Cambridge exams, held in June 2022.
Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) announced that 277 Pakistani students earned 304 awards for outstanding performance in exams, including 40 who earned the highest marks worldwide. There were also 43 Pakistani students among the 277 who got the highest scores in one subject.
Over 40 countries participated in CAIE's Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards initiative to recognize students' accomplishments.
During the presentation, CAIE's Country Director, Uzma Yousuf, expressed her delight at the accomplishments of Pakistani students. She also highlighted that the award demonstrated their dedication, as well as those of their teachers and parents.
CAIE's statement said that the winning learners had outperformed thousands of candidates worldwide who took Cambridge O Levels, Cambridge IGCSEs, and Cambridge International AS & A Levels in June 2022.
